Patron Sofa Dryclean was established in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India on 1 May 1999. Before starting the work, we took all the necessary certificates from Rajasthan and Central Government. Apart from this, we also obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certificate. The day we started our work, we made our work our karma. We pledged to do our work with complete honesty and integrity and resolved that we will always be accountable and responsible for our work. So before we started, we traveled to developed countries like USA, Japan and Saudi Arabia to understand and learn the work of dry cleaning. Learned hard work and nuances in all these countries and attained skills for 6 years, then returned to India and started his work. We opened our first office at Ajmer Road Sodala in Jaipur in which the film star Mr. Vinod Khanna was called as the chief guest.
Initially we faced some difficulties in working in India. People here were unaware of the work of sofa dry clean, it took us a long time to understand them. We consider them to be the hours that dust starts slowly accumulating in the sofa, which spreads allergies and asthma. Written and more intelligent people would soon understand, but some people who were of old thoughts used to make fun of us. Then we started a conscious campaign in which people explained about the sofa dry clean daily in Jaipur for 5 years, what harm is caused by not cleaning it. After 6 years, our hard work paid off and the awareness was awakened in the people and people started getting their couch, chair, carpet and mattress dry cleaned. We started getting a lot of work and people started getting satisfied with our services, which encouraged us to move forward.
Then we expanded our work and started our services in the entire Rajasthan including Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Sikar, Alwar besides Jaipur. We got lots of love and support from people everywhere. Then we expanded our work and started our services in other states bordering Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Today we have become the first company to serve in 6 states of India, we are placed at number 1 position in Rajasthan. We are going to start our services in other states soon as well. We have a very large family of thousands of satisfied customers. We have skilled team to serve our esteemed customers who are committed to provide services at all times. Along with us, we have also provided employment to thousands of people, for which we have been honored many times with the Rajasthan State Government. It has been possible that due to our satisfied customers, we will always be compassionate and respectful to our customers.
